Where are you located?

Reminiscent Blooms is a creative studio located at
1A / 85 Newton Road, Wetherill Park 2164
Please note the studio is open via appointment only (no walk-ins).
All pickups and deliveries are made from this location unless notified prior.

What are your trading hours?

We operate 7 days a week and there are no set trading hours as we are currently trading appointment-only. Reminiscent Blooms provides customers with the flexibility of picking up or delivery outside of the normal hours, just let us know prior to arrange a convenient time.

What are your turnaround times?

Generally we need around 2-3 days notice for custom arrangements.
Depending on the product and our availability, we may be able to do same day or next day orders.

- For fresh flowers, we usually can provide products within 1-2 days.

- For everlasting flowers, we can provide them on the same or next day.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Depending on the product and timing, you may be able to make changes to your order. Please let us know asap to prevent extra fees.
Cancellations for fresh flowers cannot be made up to 2 days prior to your order.
For everlasting flowers, cancellations cannot be made 24 hours prior to the order.

Why are some dates blocked?

We are either booked out or are busy on that date. If you absolutely require an arrangement for that date, please feel free to reach out via email to confirm. We may be able to accommodate or schedule for pick up/delivery earlier. 

For Mother's Day week, all orders will need to be placed through the Mother's Day collection regardless of the occasion due to a price increase from our Suppliers. You are welcome to request specifics in the additional comments or notes section.

How long will the flowers last?

The lasting time of the product depends on the type of arrangement and flowers.

For fresh flowers;
- Bouquets: Can last between 1-3 weeks.
- Bloom boxes: Can last up to 2 weeks.

For preserved and everlasting arrangements;
The flowers can last from a year to a lifetime. Keep in a cool and dry space for an optimal life span. No watering required!

How long will the balloons last?

Each balloon can last between 3 weeks to a few months and even a year, depending on the environmental conditions it is kept in. As balloons are not designed to contain flowers, the balloon fleur bouquet can last between 2 weeks to a few months.
